Shipment Processing Time

We process and ship orders within 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays). We ship via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Ground Advantage. Please allow a few days for transit time once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer free shipping on all orders! We will send you a shipment confirmation email when we have shipped your order. It will include a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order’s progress. Orders typically arrive within 2 - 7 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Damages and Missing Packages

We do our utmost to securely package and protect your pottery. However, since pottery is fragile, it is occasionally damaged in shipping. We request that you report damaged product(s) to us within 48 hours of delivery.

For damage claims, please email nelsonstudiopottery.com with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Description of the damage
  • Photos of the damage

If you suspect your package is missing, please email us at nelsonstudiopottery@gmail.com, and we will do our best to work with the carrier and help you locate it. We greatly appreciate your patience in this matter, as it may take a few days for the carrier to complete an investigation.
