Frank's out to conquer the dad bod one pull-up at a time. He's so determined to overcome the stereotypical middle-aged male weight gain that he even buys his pants a size too small just to motivate himself. Frank strictly follows an intermittent fasting regimen (except when he's craving a crunchy bowl of marshmallow-filled Irish-themed breakfast cereal) and he never eats carbs (except when he drinks them in his beer). He works out every day (except when he's too sore...or tired...or busy...or just forgets). To compensate for any oversights, Frank simply takes a multi-vitamin and a probiotic and drinks diet soda.

Aside from dad-bod battling, Frank's main hobby is beverage holding, and he is great at it! He was first thrown on the pottery wheel and his eyes and features were made and added by hand. He's made from cone 10 stoneware, so he's very durable and is even safe to use in the microwave and dishwasher. Frank is an Ug-Chug Mug, so he's stamped with the Ug-Chug logo and his year.
