Hamish is the serious sort. While all the other cows are busy chewing their cud and ambling through the pasture, Hamish is pondering the geometry creating by the new addition of fencing or exactly how many blades of grass are in one mouthful. He enjoys standing in the pond to cool off as much as the next cow, but while he may appear relaxed, his mind is busy calculating how many different bacterial specimens the water contains or at what temperature the transference of heat between the cows and the pond reaches equilibrium.

Hamish also like to serve beverages, and he's great at it. He's completely handmade from stoneware pottery, so he is very durable and is microwave and dishwasher safe. Hamish is an Ug-Chug Mug, so he's stamped with the Ug-Chug logo and his year.
