Jacques spends eighty percent of his time perfecting the art of pastry creation. (The other twenty percent, he devotes to perfecting his smile.) When it comes to making pastry, the more delicate and refined, the better. No pre-made puff pastry for Jacques, and certainly no canned, premade pie filling. Jacques' one weakness is an affinity for prepackaged toaster pastries, but he only eats them at midnight with all of the shutters drawn and the lights extinguished.
Jacques is a one of a kind piece of pottery, completely handmade from cone 10 stoneware. He was first thrown on the pottery wheel, and his eyes, mustache, and teeth were made and added by hand. He is very durable and is even safe to use in the microwave and dishwasher. Jacques is an Ug-Chug Mug, so he's stamped with the Ug-Chug logo and his year.
Jacques is ready to ship and is carefully packaged in a gift box and shipped in a larger, sturdy shipping box. Our packaging materials include packing paper and plenty of bubble wrap. His personality description and care instructions are included in his packaging.
