Frederick's an introvert through and through. He prefers to do most of his errands from the solitude of his own precisely-controlled-temperature car, utilizing drive-thru's for everything from pharmacy pick-ups to banking to fast food. He orders almost all of his gifts online and was super-pumped when grocery stores began offering pick-up services. And since he also works from home, just about the only time Frederick is forced to socialize is during his yearly dental visit. But it's not so bad because with all of the dental equipment, he has a pretty good excuse not to talk and can usually appease the hygienist with a quick nod.

Despite his shyness, Frederick remains a fantastic soup mug! He is a one of a kind piece of pottery. He was first thrown on the pottery wheel, and his eyes and features were made and added by hand. He's made from cone 10 stoneware so he is very durable and is even safe to use in the microwave and dishwasher. He is an Ug-Chug Soup Mug, so he's stamped with the Ug-Chug logo and his year.

Frederick is ready to ship and is carefully packaged in a gift box and shipped in a larger, sturdy shipping box. Our packaging materials include packing paper and plenty of bubble wrap. His personality description is included in his packaging.
