Norman is king of the 'I-told-you-so'. He's simply bubbling with anticipation of informing you of his correct predictions. For example, if you order a hamburger with no onions, Norman will say that it's gonna have onions - just wait. Then, when you open that bag and unwrap a nice juicy burger laden with chopped onions, Norman can't even wait for you to take a bite before he informs you that he told you that would happen. Or say you go for a walk without your umbrella even though it's a tad cloudy. Norman will predict rain. When you arrive home soaking wet, he won't even let you get your shoes off before he announces that he told you it would rain. Despite this rather annoying tendency, Norman is still an awesome mug (although, he might tell you that he knew you'd spill your drink or that it would be too hot or too cold).

Norman is a one of a kind piece, completely handmade from cone 10 stoneware. He was first thrown on the pottery wheel, and then his eyes, mouth, and teeth were added by hand. He is very durable and is even safe to use in the MICROWAVE and DISHWASHER. 

Norman is an Ug-Chug Mug, so he's stamped with the Ug-Chug logo and his year. He is ready to ship and is carefully packaged in a gift box and shipped in a larger, sturdy shipping box. Our packaging materials include packing paper and plenty of bubble wrap. His personality description is included in his packaging.
