In fact, he is such a book lover that the librarians at his local library know him by name and even place bets on how many books he will check out each week. He enters the annual winter reading contest every year, and of course wins by a mile (but graciously offers the prize to the runner-up), and his local bookstore has even put in a VIP parking place just for him.

In addition to loving books, Byron also loves serving beverages. He is completely handmade from cone 10 stoneware, so he's very durable, and is even safe to use in the MICROWAVE and DISHWASHER. Byron is an Ug-Chug Mug, so he's stamped with the Ug-Chug logo and his year.
